Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid is called, under a competitive competition and annual periodic call, for the Livestock Health Defense Groups and the Beekeeping Health Defense Groups in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, hereinafter ADS, recognized in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the performance of the activities contemplated in article 4 of said Order of March 20, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases. of the subsidies to the Livestock Health Defense Groups and the Beekeeping Health Defense Groups in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, carried out in the period between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025, their purpose being the compensation of the costs of actions to prevent, control, fight or eradicate animal diseases included in health programs or actions. Second. Beneficiaries. ADS that are recognized by resolution of the General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock, on the day of publication of the corresponding annual call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. These ADS are the ones that may apply for subsidies, with the final beneficiaries of the aid being the small and medium-sized farms integrated into the ADS on the last day of submission of the application. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of March 20, 2024 establishing the regulatory bases for subsidies to Livestock Health Defense Groups and Beekeeping Health Defense Groups in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura No. 59 of March 25, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The aid referred to in this call has a total amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€1,500,000), and will be financed from the budget application and following annuity: 2025 Annuity 120020000 General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock (Management Center) G/312A/47000 Budgetary Position CAG0000001 Funds 20060051 Expenditure project, called Aid to Health Defense Groups The total amount of aid may not exceed the maximum amount of €15,000.00 per ADS. These aids are financed entirely with funds from the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura of the Call Resolution and this extract.
