STRATEGIC PLAN FOR 2025 AID FOR THE ECONOMIC BOOST AND THE RECOVERY OF THE AGRICULTURAL SPACES OF MASSAMAGRELL

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First. Beneficiaries In accordance with the fifth basis of the call: 1. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be registered in the Special System for Agricultural Self-Employed Workers, or be the owner of the agricultural plot. That the agricultural plot is located in the municipality of Massamagrell. 2. In no case may those who incur any of the prohibition causes provided for in art. 13.2 and art 13.3 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to support, encourage and promote the agricultural sector of Massamagrell through the establishment of financial aid in order to promote the recovery of the Massamagrell orchard by reducing operating costs derived from the cultivation of fruit and vegetables. Third. Regulatory bases Both the general ordinance and the bases of the call are published on the electronic headquarters www.massamagrell.es and in the National Subsidies Database. General Bases: Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies of the Massamagrell City Council published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 85, of May 5, 2022 in the Official Gazette of the Province of València Fourth. Amount The maximum eligible aid will be the lower of the result of multiplying the number of cultivated hanegadas by €500 (cost of cultivation per hanegada), and the maximum limit of €2,500 per applicant. The final amount to be awarded will correspond to the expenses actually justified by invoices presented by the applicant. Initial calculation formula: Subsidy awarded = lowest value between (number of hanegadas x €500) and €2,500. However, in the event that the applications submitted do not exhaust the budgetary credit provided for in the first paragraph of the third base, the amount granted may be increased until reaching the maximum limit of €3,500 per applicant, always conditioned on the existence of sufficient credit and documentary justification of the expense through invoices. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will begin on the day following the day on which the extract of the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province, regardless of whether its dissemination is recorded in other media. From the moment the aforementioned announcement is made, interested parties will have until September 30, 2025. Sixth. Other information The documentation indicated in the eighth base of the Regulatory Bases of the call must be attached to the subsidy application. FIFTH.- Publish an extract from it in the National Subsidies Database once the call has been approved. SIXTH.- Send this resolution to the departments of Local Finance and Urban Planning.
