SUBSIDIES INTENDED FOR ASSOCIATIONS REGISTERED AS REGIONAL HOUSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF AZUQUECA DE HENARES YEAR 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of August 14, 2025, the call for the aforementioned subsidy has been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The Azuqueca de Henares City Council intends to encourage the participation of cultural associations and other areas that represent an Autonomous Community, and that are registered with the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. To this end, the call for applications, for the 2025 financial year, is approved for aid intended for associations registered as regional houses of the municipality of Azuqueca de Henares. SECOND. REGULATORY BASES This call is based on the regulatory bases published in BOP nº 136, of 07/17/25. “Definitive approval of regulatory bases for subsidies for regional houses of Azuqueca.” THIRD. FINANCING AND BUDGET ITEM The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies will be 24,000 euros, attributable to budget item 9240.489.05. FOURTH. REQUIREMENTS: All associations that represent an Autonomous Community other than that of their fiscal domicile and that have their domicile established in the municipality of Azuqueca de Henares. Requirements for associations Cultural, gastronomic, friends and other associations that meet the following requirements on the application date may apply for this call: - Local registry of associations. - Residence in Azuqueca de Henares. - Minimum 50 members. - Activities open to citizens at local festivals in the last 3 years. -Not being included in any of the causes that disqualify you from obtaining the status of beneficiary of those listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and not being involved in cases of incompatibility regulated in Law 11/2003, of September 25, of the Government and the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha. - Be up to date with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, taxes and Social Security. Requirements for federations Cultural, gastronomic, friends and other federations that meet the following requirements on the application date may apply for this call: - Local registry of associations. - Residence in Azuqueca de Henares. - Participation in the last 3 years with cultural/musical activities in local festivals. - Not being included in any of the causes that disqualify you from obtaining the status of beneficiary of those listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and not being involved in cases of incompatibility regulated in Law 11/2003, of September 25, of the Government and the Advisory Council of Castilla-La Mancha. • Be up to date with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, taxes and Social Security. FOURTH. DEADLINE AND METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Applications must be submitted on the subsidy application form included in this call (Annex I), together with the documentation that must accompany them, within two days from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. They will be presented electronically together with the documents or reports that should be accompanied, in accordance with the provisions of these bases, in any of the places provided for or in art. 16.4 in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
