Resolution of July 28, 2025 of the Delegate President of the FMD of the Badajoz City Council, which calls for subsidies for non-profit entities in Badajoz, for the organization of Sports Events in Badajoz during 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit legal entities, whose headquarters are located within the municipality of Badajoz as well as any Sports Federation, the nature of the activity they propose coincides with the provisions of the call, that do not incur any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 LGS, provided that they have the structure and means necessary to carry out the projects or programs object of the call and that they meet the following requirements: Have legal personality and capacity to act, being duly constituted and registered in the General Registry of Sports Entities of Extremadura or in the corresponding Official Registry, with a date prior to the publication in the BOP of Badajoz of the extract of this call. Directly manage and carry out subsidized projects. Second. Object. The subsidies granted will have the purpose of financing specific actions, programs or projects, proposed by the applicant and accepted by the Badajoz Municipal Sports Foundation (hereinafter F.M.D.), for the organization and development of Sports Events of special interest to the City of Badajoz. They will also have as their objective the financing of sporting events already developed, provided that they have taken place after December 31, 2024 and both the actions themselves and the applicants certify compliance with each and every one of the requirements and conditions contemplated in this call. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Badajoz City Council, published in the BOP of Badajoz, on February 2, 2009 - http://www.dip-badajoz.es/bop/ventana_anuncio.php?id_anuncio=33251&FechaSolicitada=2009-02-02 Fourth. Amount. This call for grants has a maximum total allocation of €50,000.00, distributed across 3 programs with an allocation for each of them of: PROGRAM A: €15,000.00 PROGRAM B: €20,000.00 PROGRAM C: €15,000.00 Up to a maximum of €1,500.00 may be granted for Program A; 3,000.00 euros for Program B, and €8,000.00 for Program C. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. Sixth. Other data. The applications, which will indicate both the amount requested and the program that is opted for, will conform to the model that appears as ANNEX I of this Resolution, which will be provided by the F.M.D. and that will be available during the submission period on its website www.aytobadajoz.es/fmd. Applications will be processed through electronic means, using standardized models, and will be accompanied by the documentation required in these bases. The presentation will be made through the electronic registry located on the main page of the Municipal Sports Foundation at the electronic address https://sede.aytobadajoz.es/portal/entidades.do?ent_id=4&idioma=1 and can be carried out twenty-four hours of every day of the established period. Subsidized projects must be carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
