CALL FOR GRANTING A GRANT FOR THE PROMOTION OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL IN CERDANYOLA DEL VALLÈS

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries They may be beneficiaries of this subsidy when they are in the following circumstances: 1. Natural or legal persons who are owners of a home who formalize or have a rental contract in force within the framework of the Social Rental Mediation Program and justify financial expenses in relation to repairs, maintenance, replacement of elements and equipment of the home and payment of other expenses during the year prior to signing the contract or during the previous year within the validity of the contract. 2. Natural or legal persons who own vacant or unoccupied homes who carry out repair and renovation works on the home with the condition that they put the home for rent within the framework of the social rental mediation program. Second. Purpose To promote the social rental mediation program by granting subsidies to the owners of a home located in Cerdanyola del Vallès for: 1. Housing maintenance expenses in the year prior to signing a rental contract within the framework of the social rental mediation program. 2. Expenses for repairs or replacements of elements of the home, equipment maintenance contracts, insurance for rental debts during the term of the rental contract within the framework of the social rent mediation program. 3. Expenses for repair and commissioning works for vacant or unoccupied homes to meet the minimum habitability conditions to be rented within the framework of the social rental mediation program, including expenses for the processing of energy certificates or certificates of habitability. It is conditional on making it available to the social rental mediation program. Third. Regulatory bases The specific bases were approved by agreement of the Local Government Board on May 5, 2021. Fourth. Amount The maximum total amount that will be allocated for this call is €30,000. Subsidies greater than 100% of justifiable expenses will not be awarded. The amount that can be awarded per subsidy application will be the corresponding to: a) Up to a maximum of €2,000 for those homes that have a current rental contract or sign it before the completion of the submission of the application within the framework of the social rental mediation program. b) Up to a maximum of €2,500 for those free or unoccupied homes that have signed the document of affiliation to the social rental mediation program. Five. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is set from September 15, 2025 to October 15, 2025.
