Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries The beneficiaries to be able to participate in this trade voucher campaign will be people who meet the following requirements: a) Be over 18 years of age b) The family unit must be registered in the municipality of Albal on a date prior to the publication of these rules. Second.-Purpose and object of the campaign The purpose of this call, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Subsidies Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and procedure for the Buy in Albal 2025 Trade Bonus campaign. Third.-Regulatory bases Resolution of mayor's office no. 2025/1215 of August 27, 2025, Commerce Bonus Campaign Buy in Albal 2025. https://albal.es/content-albal/uploads/2025/08/bono_comercio_2025.pdf Fourth.- Budget allocation This campaign will be financed from item 529 4390 480600 Commerce: Local trade voucher, for an amount of 25,000.00 Euros. The granting of this campaign will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budget item. Fifth.- Submission period The deadline for submitting applications and spending of the trade/consumer bonus will be from the day following the publication of the extract of this call on the Albal City Council Notice Board and will end on October 18 (inclusive), or, where applicable, until the available credit is exhausted.
