FIRST.- Beneficiaries: People residing in the local entities of Extremadura who meet the requirements established in the sixth section of the RESOLUTION of April 10, 2025, of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, published in the DOE No. 73, of April 15, 2025, orders the publication in the DOE of the Agreement of April 8, 2025, of the Governing Council of the Board of Extremadura, which approves the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program for the family respite service for regular non-professional caregivers in local entities of Extremadura 2025. SECOND.- Purpose: The direct granting by the IMSS of Financial Aid for Family Respite to Non-Professional Regular Caregivers in the Municipal District of Badajoz, to the citizens of the municipality of Badajoz, for a total amount of 182,273.05 euros, charged to the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program of the family respite service for regular non-professional caregivers in local entities of Extremadura 2025, regulated by the RESOLUTION of April 10, 2025, of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, published in DOE No. 73, of April 15, 2025, orders the publication in the DOE of the Agreement of April 8, 2025, of the Governing Council of the Government of Extremadura. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: The aid called will be governed by the provisions of this call, by The RESOLUTION of April 10, 2025, of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, published in the DOE No. 73, of April 15, 2025, orders the publication in the DOE of the Agreement of April 8, 2025, of the Governing Council of the Board of Extremadura which, together with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Badajoz City Council (BOP of Badajoz, of February 2, 2009), by application of section 2 of article 3 thereof, constitute the regulatory bases of the aid; by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; by RD 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the LGS Regulations; by Law 39/2015, of October 1, which approves the common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and other provisions referred to in art. 5.1 of the LGS. FOURTH.- Amount. This call for aid has a maximum total amount of €182,273.05. The provision of the services defined below will be subject to financing, when their provision has been carried out between January 1 and December 1, 2025, as established in point V of the resolution approving the call for financial aid to guarantee the family respite program for regular non-professional caregivers in the municipality of Badajoz: Accompaniment and home assistance: Maximum 65 hours per person cared for per year, which can be distributed as best Suitable for regular non-professional caregivers. Cost of the hour: cost according to collective agreement applicable in each case. Circumstantial accompaniment and specific leisure activities during the day, at night, in free time, on weekends and during vacation periods, as well as breaks in partial outpatient hospitalizations, accompaniment to specialized outpatient, postoperative services and other similar temporary services. Maximum duration of activity: 36 hours per year. Cost of the hour: cost according to collective agreement applicable in each case. The respite service may coincide with the meal time of the person being cared for who requires care, and it is the responsibility of the professional who provides the service to supervise its correct development. The cost of food is not included in the respite service. Assistance in non-social health establishments: The activities will be aimed at carrying out respite in other types of non-social health establishments, as long as they have the necessary elements for this. Appropriate leisure activities will be included, such as: attending the beach, mountains, camping, etc. The entity that provides the service will be responsible for the safety of the people served, and must have signed civil liability insurance that covers said activities.
