Call for training scholarships from the Council of Consumers and Users for the year 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: People who meet the following requirements may apply for the scholarships called for in this resolution: Be Spanish, a national of a Member State of the European Union or of any nationality as long as legal residence in Spain is proven, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration. Be in possession of or able to obtain accreditation of a university degree or degree on the date of the call. Degrees obtained abroad or in non-state Spanish centers must be approved or recognized and produce full legal effects on the aforementioned date. Mastery of the Spanish language. The certificate, degree or diploma that accredits knowledge of the language equivalent to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages ​​will only be required in cases where the candidates are non-Spanish and who have been residing in Spain for a period of less than five years at the time of submission of the application. If it is a degree obtained abroad, it is necessary to prove that you are in possession of the corresponding validation or credential that proves its approval. Not having previously enjoyed a scholarship from the training program of the Council of Consumers and Users. Not be subject to any of the causes of disqualification provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The completion of the official bachelor's, degree or master's studies must have taken place within the five years prior to the date of the call. Second. Purpose: The granting of four scholarships for the practical training of higher graduates in consumer matters, in the Council of Consumers and Users, on a competitive basis, for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Order SSI/2257/2015, of October 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, by the Spanish Agency for Consumer Affairs, Food Safety and Nutrition, of scholarships for the training program of the Council of Consumers and Users. Room. Amount Total annual amount of the call: 42,440.00 euros. The individual annual amount of each scholarship is 10,610 euros, including the business Social Security contribution. Fifth. Duration. The maximum duration of the scholarship is 12 months, and it can be extended for an additional period of another twelve months. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official State Gazette. Seventh. Other information: In the case of resignation, during the duration of the scholarship, the granting body, after accepting the reasons, will award the scholarship for the remaining period of enjoyment to the corresponding candidate according to the order of scores obtained in the selection process.
