Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid will be the natural persons registered in the municipality of Mislata, at the time of the disaster (October 29, 2024), who can document the losses caused. Likewise, they must be owners of the affected home, motor vehicle, commercial premises and/or office. In the event that a person owns several homes, cars or premises affected by the DANA, only one aid will be granted for each concept. In the event that the owner of the home has died, aid will be granted to the heirs who are duly accredited. Second: Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of financial aid to natural persons residing in the municipality of Mislata who own a home, motor vehicle, commercial premises and/or office that has been affected by the floods that occurred on October 29. Third: Regulatory bases. Mayor's Decree, number 3816 dated September 17, 2025 https://www.mislata.es/es/administracion/subvenciones/convocatorias-de-subvenciones-en-tramitacion/ayudas-economicas-directas-personas-fisicas-afectadas-por-la-dana Fourth. Financing and Amount. This aid will be financed from item 2310.48000 of the Municipal Budget. The amount planned for this call amounts to €365,433.30. The granting of this aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting decision. The form of justification for this aid is carried out prior to its granting through the documentation required for this purpose, so that the constitution of guarantees by the beneficiaries is not required either, in accordance with art. 34 of the General Subsidies Law. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application period will be one month, counting from the business day immediately following the publication of the extract of the call in the corresponding bulletin. Sixth. Other data. Along with the application, interested parties will provide the documentation detailed in base 4 of the regulations of the call.
