In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the above-referenced resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database ((http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Purpose. Call for the 2025 financial year of subsidies aimed at financing the implementation of training actions with a hiring commitment aimed at unemployed workers, within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Second. In accordance with the provisions of article 69.1 of the Order of March 27, 2023, the following companies or entities that assume the hiring commitment of a percentage of the trained persons, in the terms established in article 10 and in article 93 of the aforementioned order: a) The training entities that, on the date of submission of the application, are accredited and/or registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities, in the face-to-face modality, for the training specialties subject to training, and must have, at the time of starting the training, facilities in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura duly registered and/or accredited that allow the delivery of the requested training specialties. In accordance with the provisions of article 15.3 of Law 30/2015, of September 9, the facilities and resources may be owned or owned by third-party private or public entities when this does not imply subcontracting the execution of the training activity, and in this case the corresponding availability agreement or contract must be provided. b) Companies or entities with work centers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, which assume for themselves the commitment to hire trained students. 2. The beneficiary entities referred to in letter a) of the previous section may assume the hiring commitment directly or through agreements or agreements with companies with work centers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, which will be the ones that carry out the hiring of the trained students. In this case, it will be the beneficiary training entity who will assume responsibility for the execution of the subsidized training activity and for compliance with the contracting commitment. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are those contained in the Order of March 27, 2023, which regulates the programming, management and control of the offer of vocational training for employment aimed at unemployed workers and establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidies intended for its financing, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 62, of March 30).
