Official description of the call
FIRST.- Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons, communities of property and agricultural holdings of shared ownership that have the status of neighbors or whose headquarters are located in any of the municipalities of the province of Salamanca, are owners of agricultural holdings (in the terms indicated by article 2.2 of Law 19/1995, of July 4, on the Modernization of Agricultural Holdings) and whose farms are located located in the territorial area of the province itself. SECOND.- Object: Establish the conditions and requirements for the granting, under a competitive competition regime, of subsidies aimed at the agricultural sector for the acquisition of certified lentil seed -guareña and nikola varieties- and certified chickpea seed -garabito variety- corresponding to the 2025 year. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: Presidential Decree No. 5576/25, of September 26, 2025, which approves the Call for Subsidies aimed at the agricultural sector for the acquisition of certified lentil seed - Guareña and Nikola variety - and certified chickpea seed - Garabito variety -, annuity 2025., corresponding to the annuity 2025.
