Aid 2025 Leader Approach to investments in the creation and development of companies and non-agricultural activities in rural areas (Intervention 7119 PEPAC), s/ II Call (PEPAC 2023-2027) G.A.L. ADIC-HURDES

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for applications for the aid line for projects included in the action Investments in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products, which have as a result of the production process a product included in Annex I of the EU Treaty. This call is published under DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027. The call will apply in the geographical area of ​​the Hurdes region of Extremadura, in the following municipal terms: Casar de Pal omero, Casares de Las Hurdes, Caminomorisco, Ladrillar, Nuñomoral, Pinofranqueado and the Minor Local Entity of Azabal. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Final recipients of the aid The beneficiaries will be considered to be natural and/or legal persons or their groups, including communities of property, to whom such status is recognized for each of the actions provided for in Decree 78/2024. In the case of companies, only those that meet the requirements established by the Commission to be micro, small and medium-sized companies in accordance with Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC may be beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 78/2024, of July 23, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 Fourth. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 300,000 euros will be allocated to be paid from the budget application 120030000/G/314A/78900/FR23771900/2023031 3, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 50% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of €200,000 per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be 3 calendar months from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
