Extract from the Call for Subsidies in Kind for participation in the Stand of the Provincial Council of Huelva in the XXXI International Flamenco Fashion Week (SIMOF 2025), approved by Resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Huelva, No. 3080/2025 dated October 8. The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic revitalization of the territory, comes on this occasion to offer flamenco fashion designers from the Province of Huelva, through in-kind subsidies, participation in the “XXXI International Flamenco Fashion Week” (SIMOF 2026), between January 29 and February 1, 2026, both inclusive at Fibes – Seville Conference and Exhibition Palace. The objective of this participation is to publicize and support the flamenco fashion that is carried out in the province of Huelva, selecting the flamenco fashion designers who develop their work in the province, so that they can exhibit their designs at the stand that the Huelva Provincial Council will have at the “XXXI International Flamenco Fashion Week” (SIMOF 2026). 2. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (Official Gazette of the Province of Huelva no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in section 2 of the call). 3. Beneficiaries. 1. All natural and/or legal persons or groups thereof from the province of Huelva who are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call, in economic activity directly related to the making of flamenco costumes, or designers of accessories and accessories for flamenco costumes, may attend this call, as long as their registered office is in the province of Huelva. 2. The maximum number of participating beneficiary natural/legal persons will be 16 companies, which will be divided according to the following manufacturing and production sectors. This is how it is established: - Flamenco dress designer firms: maximum 15 companies. - Signatures designing accessories and accessories for flamenco dresses: maximum 1 company. 3. In the case of Business Groups, natural/legal persons representing and/or owners of several companies or similar, this call may only be attended with one of the companies belonging to the group or similar, with the first application being considered valid. (See more in section 3 of the call). 4. Content of participation 1. Participation will consist of: Common Provincial Council Stand for participants. In the case of flamenco costume designer firms, they will have space to display a model from their mannequin collection (both to be provided by the designer firm). In the case of firms that design flamenco costume accessories, they will have a display case to display their product at the stand. Catwalk/Collective Parade. Exclusive for the Flamenco Costume Designer Firms, which will be subject to the official calendaring of the contest. They will be free to decide the theme of their collection, limiting the number of models to the time and space granted by the organization. Participating companies undertake to have a duly qualified person in their charge during the event schedule, who will attend the stand. Said person will not have any employment or contractual relationship with the Provincial Council of Huelva. 2. The Provincial Council will assume the following costs of holding SIMOF 2026: Ground rental, stand rental, stand assembly and dismantling, design and labeling costs, electrical installation and installation of the stand, furniture. Costs of the Catwalk/Collective Parade in the terms agreed with the organization of the SIMOF 2026 Fair. Participating companies must assume the personal, travel and stay costs, as well as the specific and specific material costs related to the shipping and transfer of their own material, whether for exhibition or all those materials necessary for the correct presentation of their products/services.
