Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1.- Persons who are in the situation that legitimizes its granting will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidy. 2.- Those people who have already obtained the subsidy for the same period of time cannot be beneficiaries. 3.- Persons who meet the circumstances provided for in the fourth base of the bases that govern the call may obtain the status of beneficiary. Second. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the aid scheme granted by the Almussafes City Council aimed at partially subsidizing the cost of renting the rented home, to facilitate access to habitual and permanent housing for people who, meeting the requirements established in the rules, are tenants of the home, located in the urban area of the municipality of Almussafes during the period between: - March 1, 2023 and February 28, 2024, if the applicant has not received the subsidy in 2024. - March 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, for applicants in the 2025 call. Third. Regulatory bases The bases for the granting of subsidies for access to habitual and permanent housing on a rental basis for cohabiting units for the financial year 2025, were approved by Mayor's Resolution 2783, of November 4, 2025, and will be published in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council's website (www.almussafes.net). Room. Amount The maximum amount to be subsidized per home will be €100.00 per month, provided that this amount does not exceed 50% of the rental price, in which case the subsidy would be reduced to this maximum percentage; all of this in accordance with the grading criteria established in the seventh base. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP).
