Official description of the call
First. Purpose This call is processed under the protection of the announcement of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, of the Generalitat Valenciana on an extract of the call approved by Resolution dated March 13, 2025, for the granting of aid to facilitate residential solutions to people with situations of special vulnerability through local entities, corresponding to the State Plan for access to housing 2022-2025, and call 2025, published in DOGV No. 10071, dated March 21, 2025. Second. Amount The amount of aid granted by the Moixent town council will be determined, taking into account the personal circumstances of the beneficiary and in accordance with the report that, for this purpose, is issued by the social services, within the limits indicated below: a) Up to 100% of the income or price of the home or residential solution to be enjoyed under a rental regime, transfer in use or under any temporary enjoyment regime admitted by law with a maximum, in any case, of 650 euros in the month, or the increased rent or transfer price referred to in Base 4, section b). b) Up to 200 euros per month to cover the expenses of maintenance, insurance, community and basic supplies of the home (water, electricity, gas) or residential situation, including Internet access expenses, with a limit of 100% of these expenses. Third. Application submission deadline The submission deadline will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province until December 16, 2025.
