Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries of this aid will be natural or legal persons such as communities of property, civil societies or other economic entities without legal personality, legally constituted, owners of the property subject to the installation of elevators and removal of architectural barriers. The aid is intended to cover expenses corresponding to the installation of elevators and removal of architectural barriers. These expenses may have been incurred from January 1, 2024 and will have to be justified by the beneficiaries until December 31, 2026. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is to distribute aid to promote accessibility in existing residential buildings in the municipality that lack said equipment and its implementation is appropriate in compliance with legal regulations approved after the construction of the building. Third. Regulatory bases: Call for the granting of subsidies for the installation of elevators and removal of architectural barriers to promote accessibility 2025. Fourth. Amount: The amount of aid to be received will amount to: - 4,000.00 euros in the cases of installation of elevators in real estate, older than fifteen years, legally located on urban land with residential use, whose main use is collective housing. - 2,000.00 euros in the case of installation of elevators in real estate, older than fifteen years, legally located on urban land with residential use, whose main use is that of a single-family home. - 1,000.00 euros in the cases of installation of vertical lifting platforms and inclined lifting platforms (stairlifts), in real estate more than fifteen years old, legally located on urban land with residential use, whose main use is housing, single-family or collective. - 500.00 euros in the case of installation of stairlifts, intended to bridge small differences in level no greater than one floor, in real estate more than fifteen years old, legally located on urban land with residential use, whose main use is housing, single-family or collective. - 2,000.00 euros in the case of works related to the lowering of the elevator or installation to ground level. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be until December 3, 2025, starting on the day following the publication of the call in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and in the Official Gazette of the Province, according to the procedure provided for in art. 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
