Granting of subsidies for activities and projects aimed at promoting and energizing citizen associations at the neighborhood level by 2026.

Official description of the call

1. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The object of this call is the granting of subsidies for programs and/or specific actions of neighborhood, sociocultural and community interest aimed at promoting, energizing and facilitating the operation and actions of neighborhood associations that are developed during the year 2026. The purpose is to subsidize: a. Festive activities that encourage coexistence, territorial cohesion and the promotion of popular and traditional festivals.b. Innovative sociocultural and ICT activities that promote citizen participation: innovative activities aimed at the entire population or groups with specific needs, to stimulate citizen participation, enhance the interrelation between different sectors of the population, facilitate social integration and energize associative life. c. Relevant anniversaries of entities that want to promote themselves for some reason of historical or social interest. Only one project per applicant is accepted. Activities that are subsidized in other Sabadell City Council calls are not eligible for subsidy. However, the subsidies will be compatible with any other grants granted by other administrations, public or private entities. Likewise, the amount of these subsidies, together with the income obtained and the own resources allocated to the activity, may not exceed the total cost of the project or activity subject to the subsidy. 2. BUDGET CREDITS I MAXIMUM AMOUNT The amount of the call will be €32,000 attributable: €25,600 to the budget application 405 9240 48200 of the municipal budget for the year 2026 and €6,400.00 to the budget application 405 9240 48200 of the budget of the year 2027. As this is a file that will affect two budgetary years, the expenditure corresponding to both years is subordinated to the effective consolidation of the resources that must finance the action. 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF BENEFICIARIES Can they be beneficiaries of these bases: ? The neighborhood associations of Sabadell. Associations or entities that cannot have the status of beneficiaries because they are included in any of the circumstances of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General of subsidies, may not apply for subsidies. Beneficiaries must meet the following requirements: a. Be legally constituted. b. Be registered in the corresponding official records and in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of this City Council with all data up to date. c. Have as its corporate purpose the development of projects or activities linked to the purpose of the subsidy. d. Have headquarters in the city. and. Develop the projects or activities subject to subsidy in the city of Sabadell. F. Not have profit motive. 4.- DOCUMENTATION For the processing of applications, it will be mandatory to provide the documentation detailed in article 8 of the bases, using the standardized forms (ANNEX I) available at the citizen service points of the Sabadell City Council and at the Electronic Headquarters. For the obligated subjects of article 14 of the Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations, it is mandatory to complete and submit the application through the electronic headquarters of the City Council (https://seu.sabadell.cat/opensiac/action/main?method=enter). Public. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for processing. 5.- AMOUNT OF THE GRANT The maximum amount of the application will not exceed 20% of the amount of the call. 6.- REFORMULATION - Exceptionally, and provided that the subsidy is intended to finance activities to be carried out by the applicant and the amount of the resolution proposal is lower than that requested and this decrease affects the execution of the project, the interested party may be requested.
