SPECIFIC CALL FOR AID FOR COMPETITIVE COMPETITION FROM THE YOUTH DELEGATION FOR ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM CALLED: 'MARBELLA CONDUCE 2025'

Official description of the call

The Delegate Councilor for Youth approved by Decree No. 2025-26046, dated December 1, 2025, the Bases and specific call for aid from the Youth Delegation for access to the program called: "Marbella Conduce 2025." In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. PARTICIPANTS: Young people, aged between 18 and 35 years (at the time of application), both inclusive, who meet the requirements established in this call. Second. PURPOSE: To facilitate the young people of our city with these aids in obtaining driving licenses and thus finding a job. Third. REGULATORY BASES: General Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies by Law 38/2003 approved by the Hon. City Council in the Plenary of Marbella and published in the BOP number 234, of December 12, 2005. Fourth AMOUNT: The total amount allocated to this call is TWELVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EUROS (€12,200.00), being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the call and may be increased in the event that the budgetary credit is higher by processing the corresponding modification of Fifth credits. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Málaga.
