AID AND SUBSIDIES INTENDED FOR THE ASSOCIATIONS OF PARENTS OF STUDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY'S CHILDREN'S, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION CENTERS. YEAR 2025.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By resolution of the mayor's office of December 23, 2025, the aforementioned call has been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis for the activities and projects carried out by associations of mothers and fathers of the students of educational centers (Kids, Primary and Secondary), on a competitive basis, with the purpose of financing initiatives that benefit and improve the work of the educational community. SECOND. REGULATORY BASES This call arises from the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) No. 229, dated November 28, 2025 under the title: "Definitive approval of the Regulatory Bases for aid and subsidies intended for associations of parents of students in Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education centers." THIRD. LINES OF ACTION This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2025 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within Strategic line number 4 “Education”, whose objective is to achieve the collaboration of associations of mothers and fathers of students to carry out projects of interest to the educational community, for their development in schools. This line is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda: -Goal: SDG 4. Quality education. -Goal: 4.1 Ensure quality in primary and secondary education. ROOM. FINANCING AND BUDGET ITEM The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies will be €16,500, attributable to budget item 3230.489.14 of the municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2025. The maximum amount to be awarded per association is €1,500. The territorial scope of execution of the projects subject to subsidy will be the municipal area of ​​Azuqueca de Henares QUINTO. DEADLINE AND FORM OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Subsidy applications will be formalized according to the model included in the call, which must be signed by the president of the association or by whoever has the duly accredited delegation conferred, and must be addressed to the Mayor of the City Council of Azuqueca de Henares. They will be presented electronically together with the documents or reports that should be accompanied, in accordance with the provisions of the bases, in any of the places provided or in art. 16.4 in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications, as well as the documentation that must accompany it, is 2 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. The reduced deadline is established given the urgency derived from the need to execute the budget credit before December 31, 2025, thus guaranteeing the correct execution of public spending. If the request does not meet the established requirements, the applicant will be required to correct it within a period of ten days from the day following receipt of the request, indicating that if they do not do so their request will be considered withdrawn. Only one application per project will be accepted.
