First. Beneficiaries. 1. Unemployed workers who participate in the training actions in the terms established in the first section of this resolution, and who meet the requirements demanded in Order IEM/1874/2022, of December 20, for each type of scholarship or aid, as well as in this resolution, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the scholarships and aid object of this call. 2. For the purposes of the above, unemployed workers will be classified as those registered as job seekers in the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León on the day of their incorporation into the training action; Otherwise you will not be entitled to scholarships and aid. Likewise, the right to receive the scholarship or aid will be interrupted if the person is no longer unemployed. Second. Object. Call for, under a direct grant system, scholarships and aid for transportation, subsistence, accommodation and subsistence, and for conciliation, to which unemployed workers who participate in the training actions associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications are entitled. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order IEM/1874/2022, of December 20, which establishes the regulatory bases that must govern the granting of scholarships and aid for unemployed people who participate in the training offer provided for in Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications carried out by the competent administrations, as well as in other training actions provided for in the Employment Plan of Castilla y León. Room. Amount. The budgetary credit intended to finance the subsidies established in the call for 2026 is 2,980,000.00 euros. Fifth. Requests. Applications will be submitted within a period of ten days calculated from the day following the end of the training action or the student's justified withdrawal from it, in the standardized model included in Annex I of this resolution, available on the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es). Sixth. Resolution. Applications for scholarships and aid will be resolved by the head of the Provincial Management of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León of the province in which the training action is carried out, in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution of February 19, 2009, of the President of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León, by which certain powers are delegated to the Provincial Managements of this Organization (BOCYL no. 38 of 25 February). In the temporal scope of application of this call, the competence to resolve requests for conciliation aid is delegated to the person in charge of the Provincial Management of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León of the province in which the training action is carried out.
