Resolution of 12/29/2025. Call for aid to cover current expenses of federations and business associations of public transport of goods by road with tax domicile in CLM

Official description of the call

First. Object. Establish the call for aid under the 2026 budgetary annuity to enhance the operation of federations and business associations of public road freight transport with tax domicile in Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with the procedure of competitive concurrence and advance processing. Second. Beneficiary entities. The federations and business associations of public road freight transport, with tax domicile in Castilla-La Mancha, which, on the date of publication of the call, are legally constituted, may be beneficiaries of this call for aid. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases have been approved by Order 186/2024, of October 23, of the Ministry of Development, which approves the regulatory bases of aid to meet current expenses of the federations and business associations of public transport of goods by road with tax domicile in Castilla-La Mancha, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha on November 7, 2024. Fourth. Amount and Financing. The credit assigned to this call for aid is €100,000.00, which is allocated to the 2026 budget year and to the economic expenditure item 17.04.0000.G/513C/48000. The amount of the subsidy will be 40% of the current expenses considered eligible, in accordance with article 5 of the regulatory bases. In any case, the maximum subsidy amount per beneficiary entity will be 12,500 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline to submit the aid application will be 3 months, which will be counted from the day following the date of publication of this call Sixth. Other data. The submission of the application is electronic and in accordance with the official model included in Annex I of this call. All procedures related to the procedure will be notified only electronically, through the telematic notification platform, at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. The requesting entity must be registered on the electronic notification platform of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha https://notifica.jccm.es/notifica/. The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution to grant the requested aid will be six (6) months from the publication of this call.
