Subsidy 2026 for the acquisition of goods for the provision of local social services, according to Decree 186/2025 that calls for them.

Official description of the call

First. Purpose of the call and concession procedure. 1. The call is made for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that are owners of residential centers, day centers or night centers registered in the Registry of Centers and Services whose objective is to provide proximity services to their population, by financing the acquisition of the goods necessary for their provision. Those that fall into one of the following lines will be considered eligible actions: Restaurant services: Lunch and dinner served at home, to be picked up at the center or provided by the center for older people. Provides a balanced diet appropriate to your nutritional needs. Physiotherapy and occupational therapy services: Actions where individualized and comprehensive care is provided with the aim of improving or maintaining their functional abilities, as well as rehabilitating, thus promoting their personal autonomy and serving as support, at the same time, to the family caregivers. Cognitive stimulation: Set of prevention, promotion and cognitive exercise actions that promote optimal functioning and mental regulation. Home telecare: Set of services aimed at meeting the needs of older people in their homes with programs to promote autonomy and maintenance of capacities, through the use of information and communication technologies through video care, video calls and video training, and which can be complementary to the Telecare service in any of its modalities. Podiatry service: In the center or at home. Hairdressing and beauty service: Hairdressing and barbering services of a hygienic nature for elderly people at home or in the center. Accessible or adapted transportation service: Transportation carried out by professionals and in approved vehicles adapted to the physical or mental needs of users and that allows them to travel to access centers and resources. Technical aid service: Acquisition of material, for loan to people in need of some technical aid to be able to continue living at home. Laundry and ironing service for clothes for personal use: The service can be provided in the center and at home, establishing in the service protocols for collection, transportation and distribution of clothes, as well as the characteristics of the service (quantity of clothes, signage or marking of clothes, collection and/or delivery times...). 2. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be competitive competition and periodic calls. Second. Beneficiary entities The town councils of the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura may benefit from the aid provided for in this decree: - That, at the date of publication of the call, have a density of less than 7 inhabitants per km2 and with a population of less than 3,000 inhabitants. - That they hold the ownership or availability of residential centers, day centers or night centers, according to the SEPAD databases, with the exception of centers owned by the Government of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory Bases Decree 186/2025 of December 16, which establishes the regulatory bases of the subsidies to be granted by the Ministry of Health and Social Services for the completion of unfinished construction works or renovation/adaptation works in residential centers, day centers or night centers of municipal ownership and acquisition of the necessary equipment, in such a way that they involve the creation of residential places for people in a situation of dependency, as well as for the acquisition of necessary goods for the provision of proximity services in the area of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the single call is approved in each of its lines.
