Official description of the call

BDNS (identif.):__________ In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio). First. Beneficiary entities 1. The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this order: a) Legally constituted private non-profit entities, domiciled in Galicia or in a member territory of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area, that carry out their activity in Galicia and that carry out activities in the field of youth and/or employment, and meet the requirements established in the call. b) Galician town councils, associations of town councils or public entities dependent on or linked to a town council, whose ownership corresponds entirely to it, as well as the entities resulting from the merger of town councils referred to in Law 5/1997, of July 22, on Local Administration of Galicia. Likewise, those town councils that, without constituting a community, agree to develop joint action programs, may request the subsidies regulated by this order, in accordance with the Agreement of the Council of the Xunta de Galicia, of February 28, 2013, which determines the criteria applicable to subsidies intended for local entities of the Autonomous Community of Galicia to prioritize shared management projects and encourage municipal merger processes. In this case, all town councils will be jointly and severally obliged to comply with the obligations arising from the granting of the subsidy. Second. Purpose The purpose is to establish the procedure for granting subsidies for the implementation of training stay programs for young people registered and beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System in the area of ​​the Autonomous Community of Galicia in companies or public or private entities, linked to strategic economic sectors of Galicia (Fórmate en la Empresa 2026 program). The procedure for granting subsidies will be on a competitive basis and in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination. The training stay programs-Fórme en la Empresa program must meet the following conditions: a) Have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 young participants. b) The period for carrying out training stays in companies or entities will be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 consecutive months. The period for carrying out training stays in public or private companies or entities must end, as a deadline, on October 31, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases and call Order of December 17, 2025 establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the implementation of training stay programs in companies or entities linked to strategic economic sectors of Galicia, intended for young people registered and beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the ESF+Galicia program 2021-2027, and the call for applications is being made for the year 2026, Fórmate en la Empresa program (procedure code BS324D). Room. Financing 1. For the financing of these subsidies there is sufficient and adequate credit in the draft General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026, with a total amount of 1,801,666.67 euros (project code 2023 00133). The initial distribution of credits is set as follows per application: a) 301,666.67 euros charged to the budget application 2026 13 05 313A 460.0 (project code 2023 00133) for co-financing of training stay programs in Galicia linked to strategic sectors presented by town councils, groups of town councils or associations of the Autonomous Community of Validly constituted Galicia. b) 1,500,000 euros charged to the 2026 budget application 13 05 313A 4810 (project code 2023 00133) for co-financing of training stay programs in Galicia linked to strategic sectors present
