Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call for aid intended for the development of projects of youth associations and entities assimilated to them, entities providing services to youth and the implementation of youth initiatives developed by groups of non-associated youth is published for the year 2026 (Line II) whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. FIRST. Beneficiary Entities. Entities that provide services to youth that request it in a timely manner and that meet the requirements established in articles 3 and 28 of Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the development of projects of youth associations (DOE no. 116, of June 18), entities assimilated to them, entities youth service providers and the implementation of youth initiatives developed by non-associated youth groups, as of the date of publication of the call. SECOND. Object. Projects that, targeting the young population of Extremadura, are developed within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura will be subsidized under the call, that is, those whose planning, development and results are intended for the young population of both provinces, Cáceres and Badajoz, with a balanced distribution between both of the actions and activities to be developed and that have among their objectives or action measures, at least one of the following lines of action. action: a) Gender equality: actions that seek to promote equal opportunities and access to rights for young people of all genders, including the LGTBIQ+ youth group. This section will include projects aimed at raising awareness about active participation in the fight against gender violence, effectively addressing and combating the problem in all its forms. b) Inclusive societies: encourage young people at risk of exclusion to participate in all decision-making processes, combat discrimination and social, educational and labor segregation. c) Information and constructive dialogue: actions aimed at fostering in young people a critical spirit in the analysis and dissemination of the information to which they have access, recognizing and denouncing misleading news, as well as those that incite hatred and discrimination, both on the Internet and analogically. d) Mental health and well-being: actions aimed at raising awareness about mental health in young people and breaking the stigmatization of those who suffer from problems. Actions that promote education in nutrition, self-care and healthy eating, affective-sexual education programs, addiction prevention and bullying prevention. e) Rural youth: actions that encourage training and employment among young people in rural areas without having to leave rural areas. Actions that address the challenge of rural depopulation and attract back youth who have had to leave the region. f) Quality employment: actions aimed at publicizing the existing resources for young people in training, regulated or not, and on resources to improve employability and employment. Actions that, directly or indirectly, contribute to young entrepreneurship in both urban and rural environments. g) Quality learning: actions that improve youth access to tools of the digital society. h) Spaces and participation: actions that strengthen democratic participation, the autonomy of young people and promote youth volunteering as a means to improve the skills and competencies of young people, their sense of solidarity and the promotion of active citizenship. i) Sustainable development: actions aimed at making young people aware of the effect of their actions on the environment and empowering them to act as agents of change for environmental and sustainable development. THIRD. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the rules contained in Decree 47/2025, of May 27, which establishes the regulatory bases.
