Beneficiary entities They may be beneficiary entities of the subsidies, provided they meet the other requirements established in the regulatory bases, as long as they are legally constituted and the self-employed entrepreneurs, owners of service stations that carry out investments in accordance with this order for the technological and digital modernization of the service stations as long as they comply with the following Requirements: a) The service stations must be located in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Galicia with a population of 20,000 inhabitants, in accordance with the latest data published by the Galician Institute of Statistics, in particular parishes that are considered sparsely populated or rural areas, unless they are located in municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants. b) That the company is registered in class 47.30, Trade in automobile fuel, in Royal Decree 10/2025, on January 14, which is approved by the National Classification of Economic Activities 2025 (CNAE-2025). c) Have at least one employed person hired by a locale assigned to the service station for the assistance requested. For service stations located in municipalities with a population of less than 2,000 inhabitants, it will be sufficient to have one employed person hired by a local contractor assigned to the service station to request assistance or that the owner is a self-employed businessman. The contracts signed by the people employed may be indefinite, fixed or equivalent combinations of days, provided that the service station is guaranteed a minimum presence equivalent to 20 hours per week of effective attention linked to the ordinary operation of the facility. d) That the service station is registered in the Registry of domestic distribution facilities for liquid petroleum products. The requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary must be met, at the latest, at the closing date of the application submission period. Second. Objective To regulate the granting of subsidies for the implementation of technological and digital modernization actions at service stations in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, as well as the development of actions aimed at improving its security, by the year 2026, promoting improved operational efficiency, or access to financial services by the population and o economic development through the incorporation of innovative technologies. Third. Regulatory bases Ordered on January 9, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the concession, in a regime of competitive competition, of aid aimed at technological and digital modernization of service stations in rural areas of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, as well as the development of actions aimed at improving its safety, and The call will be held for the year 2026 (procedure code IN519F). Aid intensity: 50% of the total amount of eligible costs for the action with a maximum of 30,000.00 euros per request. For those actions of typology e.2), in accordance with the classification established in article 3.1 of the regulatory bases, the intensity of the aid will be 80% of the total amount of the eligible cost of the actions of this typology with a maximum of 5,000 euros per application, provided that the maximum of 30,000 euros established for the whole subsidy is respected. For those actions of type f), the intensity of the aid will be 90% of the total amount of the eligible cost of the actions of this type with a maximum of 1,500 euros per application, as long as the maximum of 30,000 euros established for the subsidy set is respected. Fifth. Application submission period It will be 45 calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
