Null Purpose: Education First.- Object, conditions and purpose The object is the call for aid for the acquisition of school supplies for the second cycle of children of the CEIP Cervantes 24/25, approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council of La Pobla de Farnals, in the session held on April 12, 2017, whose final approval was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 82 dated May 2, 2017. 2017. The conditions will be governed by compliance with the requirements established in the Bases. The purpose is to promote and guarantee quality education for all students in the second cycle of CEIP Cervantes. Second.- Ordinary concession procedure under a competitive competition system Third.- Authorization of expenditure Maximum amount of €5,500 charged to budget application 3260.48101: “Subsidies for children's school supplies.” In application of article 58.2 of the RGLS, an additional amount may be used without the need for a new call, for a maximum amount equivalent to the credit available in the legal connection of expenditure area 3 of Chapter 4 due to the existence of surpluses in the calls for other aid as it has been resolved for an amount lower than the expense initially planned for them, or because the credit of the legal connection has been increased. The effectiveness of such additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the corresponding credit. Once the call is completed. Once this call has been processed and the aid has been granted, the authorization and retention of excess credit in the budget application will be cancelled, so that it can be used by linking in other subsidies, in application of the aforementioned article 58.2 RGLS. Fourth.- Beneficiaries Minors enrolled in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, in the reference educational center (CEIP Cervantes), in La Pobla de Farnals.- Requirements According to section. 6th of the Bases. Sixth.- Amount The single amount of each individual aid will be €50 per applicant. However, the amount of the aid, added to the other aid that, if applicable, the student may receive for the same purpose, may not be of such an amount that it exceeds the cost of acquiring material. Seven.- Applications In order to prove compliance with the requirements, applications will be submitted in the standardized form provided by the City Council. La Pobla de Farnals together with the documentation required in section 7 of the Rules. Eighth.- Submission period 20 calendar days from the day following the day in which the publication of the call takes place in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Ninth.- Form of presentation By any of the methods contemplated.
