Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First: Recipients The following may request aid from citizens: live together, an income level lower than that referenced with the IPREM, as long as it is their habitual residence. For the purposes of proving cohabitation with the beneficiary, people who are registered with the beneficiary at the habitual residence on January 1 of each year will be considered. 2) Natural persons who, not being holders of the tax receipt, meet the requirements of being co-owner of the home and being divorced/legally separated with a final court ruling, which must be proven in the file, as long as it is their habitual residence and they meet the rest of the requirements. 3) Those individuals who are tenants of homes who are covered by the rental regime with the Andalusian Housing and Land Rehabilitation Agency (A.V.R.A.) may also apply for aid, as long as it is their habitual residence and they meet the rest of the requirements. The habitual domicile for the purposes of granting the aid will be understood to be the one in which the beneficiary of said aid is registered on January 1 of the current year, and this circumstance must be maintained until the date of recognition of the obligation. Second: Purpose The aid to citizens for the year 2026 is being called, which aims to contribute to the support of a group of people with respect to whom circumstances exist that make them particularly vulnerable, understanding that any non-payment is detrimental to the municipality's own interests. Third: Regulatory Bases The full text can be consulted on the transparency page of the Torremolinos City Council: https://transparencia.torremolinos.es/subvenciones-y-ayudas-publicas/ Fourth: Amount of the aid The amount of the aid will be determined taking as a reference the net amount of the Real Estate Tax of the habitual residence corresponding to the year in which the call is published, and applying the corresponding percentage, according to the income level in the table that appears in the specific Rules and call, up to a maximum amount of 412 euros. The applicant, together with the group of people registered with him, must have had in the previous year a level of income equal to or lower than those shown in said table in order to apply the percentage thereof, always up to the maximum amount. Fifth: Requirements to apply for aid Applicants, on the date of granting the aid and in any case on the date of recognition of the payment obligation, must meet the following requirements: a) Be the holder of the IBI receipt for the habitual residence, co-owner with a final court ruling of divorce or separation, or holder of the housing rental contract of the Andalusian Housing and Land Rehabilitation Agency (A.V.R.A.) b) The applicant's family unit may only be the owner of a single real estate property for residential use (regardless of the municipality in which it is located). However, this requirement will be deemed to have been met if the family unit is the owner of a second real estate property for residential use as long as the percentage of ownership is less than 50% or the use of the second property has been assigned to a third person by court ruling or approved regulatory agreement, even if the applicant has 50% or more ownership. When a relative ascending or descending of the holder of the receipt, of legal age and who does not form a family unit with the holder or co-holder of the receipt, is registered in that second home at least since January 1 of the current year, the percentage of ownership will not be taken into account. Property classified as rustic, nor plots for own use (use type M according to the Real Estate Cadastre), nor sporting goods for own use (use type K according to the Real Estate Cadastre) will not be counted.
