Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries Natural persons who can prove they meet the following requirements will be eligible for the subsidy: Be registered in Banyoles Be in possession of the DBNY Youth Card issued by the Youth Area Be between 16 and 25 years old Be in possession of the registration for the first or second course to attend a training cycle, high school, university, PFI program, master's degree, postgraduate, etc., in an educational center that is not located in the region of the Pla de l’Estany. Second. - Purpose The purpose of these bases is the regulation of the call for the granting of aid to promote and facilitate the use of public transport (TEISA and ATM on their regular lines) among young students of Banyoles, within the limits established in the municipal budgets, for the achievement of the strategic objectives set in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2027 of the Banyoles City Council (strategic objective number 5 of the Service Area to People-YOUTH, regarding the Promotion of projects or activities of a youth and leisure nature). Third. - Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases of the aid object of this call were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 98, of May 16, 2024, and in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia number 9200, of July 9, 2024 and came into force on August 6, 2024. https://ssl4.ddgi.cat/bopV1/pdf/2024/95/20249504095.pdf Fourth. - Credit amount of item 2026.43.23105.48981 Jov. Subv. Ajudes Transport for the amount of 4,400.00 euros. In the event that the attendance of beneficiaries exhausts the planned budget credit, the City Council may increase the maximum amount detailed above through the corresponding budget modification up to a maximum of €7,000.00. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona.
