Beneficiary entities The for-profit social initiative entities that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of subsidies for the development of the actions planned in this call: a) Be registered in the equality area of the Single Registry of Entities Providing Social Services, regulated by Decree 254/2011, dated December 23, which is regulated or registration, authorization, accreditation and inspection requirements for social services in Galicia. b) Lack of profit motive. c) Your registered office in Galicia or your delegation in the Autonomous Community. d) Do not fall into any of the situations established in article 10 of Law 9/2007, June 13. The accreditation of not being involved in the aforementioned circumstances will be carried out through a responsible declaration by the person representing the entity. e) Comply with the requirements and conditions established in this order and in the general subsidy regulations. Second. Object This order aims to approve the regulatory bases and call for the year 2026 subsidies to non-profit social initiative entities for the development of comprehensive social care projects aimed at people in situations of sexual exploitation, preferably immigrants and/or victims of trafficking in human beings for the purposes of sexual exploitation, in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, and information, prevention and Raising awareness on trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation, as well as support for its victims, preferably among immigrant men, residents of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. For the purpose of establishing two subsidy lines: a) Line 1: comprehensive social care projects aimed at people in situations of sexual exploitation, preferably immigrants, and/or victims of human trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, in the Autonomous Community of Galicia (SI431A). b) Line 2: information, prevention and awareness projects on trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation, as well as support for their victims, preferably among immigrant men, residents of the Autonomous Community of Galicia (SI431E). The procedure for the granting of these subsidies will be processed in a regime of competitive competition, in accordance with article 19.1 of Law 9/2007, of July 13, on Galician subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 9, 2025 for establishing the bases that will lead to the granting of subsidies to for-profit social initiative entities, for the development of comprehensive social care projects aimed at people in situations of sexual exploitation, preferably immigrants and/or victims of trafficking in human beings for the purposes of sexual exploitation, in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the FSE+ Galicia 2021-2027 Program and information, prevention and awareness-raising projects on trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation and sexual exploitation, as well as support for its victims, preferably among immigrant women, and its call is being made for the year 2026 (procedure codes SI431A and SI431E).
