CALL THAT REGULATES SUBSIDIES FOR SCHOOL SPORTS IN PRIMARY, SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOL AGES FOR THE 2025-2026 COURSE

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The purpose of this call through an open competitive competition regime is to aid school-age sports in the municipality of Huesca in the 2025-2026 academic year. The following legally constituted entities or associations of the Municipality of Huesca may request help: Parent Associations, Extracurricular Activities Departments of the different School Centers and Sports Clubs. The requesting Entities will not be able to have teams in federated competitions in categories lower than infant (primary education ages), with the exception of the sports of athletics and chess. Second. Purpose: Eligible expenses will be those directly related to each of the groups for which the subsidy is requested. Transport, facilities, material, advertising, school game expenses, supplies, personnel costs attributable to the team or group. Protocolary hotel and restaurant expenses and Expenses that exceed the market value verified by the Administration, by the amount that exceeds the same, in particular, those related to per diems and transportation of personnel are not admitted to the extent that they are eligible for subsidies and exceed the limits officially established for personnel in the service of Public Administrations. Only 5% of general expenses of the association or organizing entity are admitted. Eligible expenses will be between 1 September 2025 and May 30, 2026, although invoice payments may be submitted until June 30 if the expenditure concept is within the schools period.
