Official description of the call

First. Regulatory bases. Order AGM/78/2025, of November 29, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for contracting the mandatory technical advisory service for the hunting reserves of La Rioja. Second. Object. According to article 2 of the basic order, the owners of the hunting reserves and their successful bidders, whose award clauses entail the obligation to contract a technical advisory service, may request these subsidies. According to article 1.2 of the regulatory order, technical advisory work for the drafting of technical plans whose expiration has occurred in the year 2025, as well as those that will expire in the year 2026, and that are drafted before the deadline for submitting applications, may be subject to subsidy. In the same way, complementary information to the technical hunting plans for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 hunting seasons, drawn up before the end of the application submission period, will be financed. Room. Amount. Call for aid corresponding to this line of aid, for a total amount of 50,000 euros from project 80702.3 of the expense budget of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment corresponding to the financial year 2026, distributed as follows: 1. Town councils 05.06.4712.461.00 €10,000 2. Associations 05.06.4712.462.00 €500 3. Private Companies 05.06.4712.477.00 €2,000 4. Families and non-profit institutions 05.06.4712.480.00 €37,500 The distribution of all the funds available for this aid among the aforementioned items budgetary items, it must be understood as an estimate since they must be considered as a whole and the final distribution is subordinated to the requests actually received, so that if the credit of any of the budget items is not committed due to lack of requests, another item in which the greater number of requests requires a greater amount to cover their payment may be increased, following the appropriate procedure. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract of the call and will remain open until June 30, 2026 included. Sixth. Other information of interest. 1. Call. Applications. The subsidy requests and documentation indicated in the previous sections will be addressed to the General Director of Natural Environment and Landscape in the models available in the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja, website www.larioja.org. 3. Documentation. The applications will include all the documentation related to article 8 of the regulatory order, in particular the justification for payment. 4. Grant procedure. The concession procedure will be processed on a competitive basis, in accordance with the assessment priorities provided for in article 5 of the Basic Order. The competent body for the organization and instruction of the procedure is the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape, through the Nature, Hunting and Fishing Service. The competent body to resolve is the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment or body to whom he delegates. 5. Publication of help. The aid granted will be published through the National Subsidies Database in accordance with the provisions of articles 18 and 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 6. Payment of aid. The payment of the subsidy will be made in one go, after verification of the actions carried out, in accordance with the criteria for the quantification of the aid established in article 6 of the Regulatory Order.
