Official description of the call

The Local Government Board in a session held on February 17, 2026, has approved in point 6.4 the call for competitive bidding subsidies in Youth matters. ? First. Beneficiaries: Legal entities legally constituted and with headquarters or delegation in the town of Olesa de Montserrat, which are duly registered in the corresponding public and official registries and in the Municipal Registry of Olesa de Montserrat, may request subsidies for the activities of the subject specified in section 1 of the Specific Regulatory Bases on Youth (hereinafter Bases). that are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS); They will have to meet some requirements. ? Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, in accordance with the Regulatory Bases, is the granting of subsidies by the City Council of Olesa de Montserrat to non-profit entities that meet the requirements established therein, with the purpose of promoting services and activities in the field of Youth corresponding to the area of ​​Services to People. Specifically, the subject of this call are those projects carried out by young people and aimed at young people and in any of the following areas: - Leisure, associations and youth leisure - Well-being and emotional health - Raising awareness and prevention of machismo, lgtbiqphobia and racism in contexts of young people - Training and/or employment for young people The projects must not be provided for in any other line of subsidy by concurrence of the City Council. ? Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in matters of Youth approved by the Local Government Board in a session dated January 21, 2025 and which were published in BOPB no. CVE202510012877 on January 28, 2025. ? Room. Amount: The maximum budget that will be allocated to this year 2026 for the granting of Youth subsidies in this call will be €24,000.00 and will be charged to the budget application 54 337 48950 JOVENTUT-J-ALTRES TRANSFERÈNCIES of the 2026 budget, through two lines with two different subjects, as contemplated in point 3 of the bases: ? Line 1 for the amount of €19,000.00? Line 2 for the amount of €5,000.00 In the event that one of the lines provided for in base 3.- Subject cannot be granted or is void, the excess amount can be allocated to the other line. ? Fifth. Competent Body for the Instruction and Resolution of the Procedure: The competent body for the investigation of the file is the Youth Department of the Personal Services Area, which will request as many reports as it deems necessary in accordance with article 24 of Law 38/2003, of November 14, General Subsidies. The competent body to resolve is the Local Government Board, according to Decree 2025DECR001702 of 06/19/2025. ? Sixth. Objective criteria for granting the subsidy: Subsidies will be awarded to those applicants who obtain the best evaluation once the objective criteria determined in the regulatory bases have been applied. For the evaluation of project applications, only applications that follow the objective criteria, applied in accordance with the criteria of section 11 of the regulatory bases, will be taken into account. ? Seventh. Deadline and form for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call by the National Subsidies Database in the corresponding official journal (BOP Barcelona). Applications must be submitted using the standardized models provided by the City Council, according to what the rules dictate. ? Eighth. Execution period: The execution period of the projects will be from January 1 to December 31 of the year of the call. ? Ninth. Deadline and form of justification: The justification period will end on January 31 of the year following the year of the call.
