Approval of stipulations and call for subsidies to the Alzira Neighborhood Associations for 2026 and approval of the extract for the National Subsidies Database (BDNS)

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/concesiones/consulta Primero. Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to the Neighborhood Associations of the town of Alzira, for the development of activities, maintenance and equipment thereof. Second. Beneficiaries: The existing Neighborhood Associations in the city of Alzira, which are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and officially recognized by the competent bodies, may benefit from this call and be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated therein. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same was published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. Fourth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will be twenty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Fifth.- Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be 17,000 euros, charged to the budget application “9240 48800 Neighborhood Association Subsidies”, of the Budget of the Alzira City Council for the year 2026. Sixth.- Documentation: The applications will be presented in the General Registry of the Alzira City Council (Electronic Headquarters), or in the other forms that contemplates art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The specific request procedure will be called <> a) Global budget of eligible activities, maintenance and equipment with details of income and expenses according to Annex I of the corresponding procedure. b) Project planned for the current year, with details, according to Annex II of the same procedure, of: - Activities, description, expected dates of completion and population to which they are directed. - Maintenance, with details of the concepts and the annual expenditure forecast. - Equipment, with possible suppliers and acquisition value. At least one budget will be provided for each related concept. c) Certification of the number of duly registered partners (Annex III of the procedure itself) Seventh. Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board. The maximum period for communicating the resolution or agreement to grant or deny aid will be six months, counting from the end of the application submission period. Eighth. Justification and payment: To collect the subsidies regulated by these rules, the presentation of the documents required in the corresponding procedure called <> is required, such as the supporting account, with details of the action report and financial report, the invoices and proof of payment thereof.
