EXP. 1573/2026.- CALL FOR THE GRANTING, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY, OF SUBSIDIES INTENDED FOR LOCAL SPORTS CLUBS ANNUALITY 2026.

Official description of the call

1.- Description of the call: granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies intended to support local sports clubs in the municipality of Almoradí, in accordance with the regulatory bases that were approved by the municipal plenary session on December 23, 2024, the definitive text of which has been published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante number 36, of February 21, 2025. 2.- Beneficiaries: They may be beneficiaries of the subsidy, the local sports clubs, which comply with the following: • That it is a non-profit Sports Entity, legally constituted and with a minimum history of three years since its constitution. • The applicant entity must be active, at least, in the last three years before the application submission deadline. • That the Club or Sports Entity is registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Valencian Community. • Applicant entities must have their registered office in the municipality of Almoradí and carry out their activity in municipal sports facilities. • The applicant sports entities must have their gaming headquarters in the municipality of Almoradí. Exceptionally, due to unforeseen causes or force majeure, you may occasionally use a gaming venue in a municipality other than Almoradí. • That they participate in official individual or team sports competitions and are organized by the corresponding sports federations. • That they organize sporting events in individual sports modalities. • Not be subject to any of the circumstances that disqualify you from obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in Art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. • Be up to date with your obligations towards the Hon. Almoradí City Council, derived from any income, and notified prior to December 31 of the current year. • Be up to date with compliance with your tax and Social Security obligations 3.- Call: The full text of the call can be consulted by interested parties at the following address https://almoradi.sedelectronica.es. 4.- Amount: The total amount that the Almoradí City Council will allocate to these subsidies in this call amounts to: •130,000 euros for program 1 intended for local sports clubs for their participation in official competitions in team sports. •45,000 euros, for program 2 intended for local sports clubs for their participation in official competitions in individual sports and holding sporting events. The individualized amount of each subsidy will be determined by the score obtained by each entity in application of the assessment criteria contained in the call. 5.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante.
