Official description of the call
BDNS:XXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Municipalities of the Community of Madrid whose population does not exceed 10,000 inhabitants (according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) resulting from the last review of the municipal register as of the date of publication of the call) and that are not recipients of a nominative subsidy in the General Budget Law of the Community of Madrid in force in the year of granting these aid, charged to the same budget program that finances the annual call. Second. Object. Carrying out cultural activities related to the performing, musical and cinematographic arts. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order 1048/2016, of March 22, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Government Spokesperson (OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID number 86, of April 12, 2016), modified by Order 1727/2017, of June 12, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Government Spokesperson (BOCM of June 26, 2017, BOCM Bug Fixes July 11, 2017). Room. Amount. The procedure is called under a competitive competition regime, the amount of aid amounts to 400,000 euros. The minimum individual amount being 1,000 euros and the maximum 7,500 euros. The amount of subsidies received for the same project or activity, added to the amount granted by the Community of Madrid, may not exceed 100% of its cost. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Twenty business days counted from the day following the publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID of the extract of the Call Order. Sixth. Eligible period. From November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 Seventh. Justification and payment period. Until October 31, 2026
