Official description of the call

This extract corresponds to the same text of the extracts of the call published with the BDNS codes 891636, 891646 and 891656. First. Beneficiaries: Insertion companies, qualified in accordance with Law 44/2007, of December 13, and Decree 22/2010, of April 20, that hire people in situations of social exclusion and maintain technical support and/or production personnel, contract technical assistance for carrying out audits or studies, invest in fixed assets that generate insertion jobs, as well as such as the hiring of beneficiaries of the "Insertion Check", with the conditions established in Decree 42/2025, of June 3. Second. Purpose and eligible expenditure 1. The purpose of this resolution is to publish the credit available, in the financial year 2026, for the financing of the subsidies provided for in Decree 42/2025, of June 3, which regulates the direct granting of aid to promote the labor insertion of people in situations of social exclusion through insertion companies and the definitive insertion into the ordinary labor market of people participating in insertion itineraries, for following subsidy lines: a) Line 1. Subsidies for the hiring and/or maintenance of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion. b) Line 2. Subsidies for the hiring and/or maintenance of technical support and/or production personnel. c) Line 3. Subsidies for the hiring of technical assistance. d) Line 4. Subsidy for investment in fixed assets that generate insertion jobs. e) Line 5. Subsidies for the hiring of beneficiaries of the "Insertion Check". 2. The costs established in articles 24, 31, 38, 41 and 49 of Decree 42/2025, of June 3, will be eligible for subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 42/2025, of June 3, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies to promote the labor insertion of people in situations of social exclusion through insertion companies and the definitive insertion into the ordinary labor market of people participating in insertion itineraries. Room. Amount and amount. The budgetary credit available for the 2026 call amounts to 1,960,000 euros, financed with the territorialized distribution of the finalist funds carried out by the State Public Employment Service, in accordance with the provisions of article 62 of Law 3/2023, of February 28, on Employment. For line 1, the amount of the subsidy for the formalization of full-time contracts with people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion, depending on their duration, will be that established in article 26 of Decree 42/2025, of June 3. For line 2, the amount per technician will be 75% of the minimum interprofessional salary in force at the time of the request, for a maximum period of 12 months of contract, reducing proportionally when it is a part-time shift, in accordance with article 33 of the aforementioned Decree 42/2025, of June 3. For line 3, the amount of the subsidy will be 80% of the total cost of the expense with the maximum limits established in article 39 of Decree 42/2025, of June 3. For line 4, the amount of the subsidy will be 80% of the total expenditure on investments in fixed assets, with the limit established in article 45 of Decree 42/2025, of June 3. For line 5, the amount of the subsidy will be 8,000 euros for each training contract to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed and the amount of the subsidy for each indefinite contract will be 10,000 euros, in accordance with article 51 of the aforementioned Decree 42/2025, of June 3. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications. 1. The applications for lines 1,2,3, 4 and 5 will be addressed to the person in charge of the General Directorate of Employment and will be presented electronically with an electronic signature, through the forms included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es) accompanied by the documentation that appears in the application Annex corresponding to each of the help lines (Annexes I to V). 2.
