Official description of the call
The Plenary Session of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on February 13, 2026, adopted, among other agreements, the initial approval of the Provincial Municipal Concertation Plan for activities related to culture, sports and libraries in 2026. Said agreement was submitted to public information, through its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province number 32, dated February 18, 2026 and the period for allegations had passed without them having been presented, the aforementioned Plan has been definitively approved, in accordance with the forecast contained therein. Interested persons can consult the complete content of the Plan on the electronic notice board (https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/), available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Huesca and on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca. In accordance with the wording of the Plan, the beneficiaries must electronically complete an application for each of the lines of action (cultural, sports, libraries), within a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement of final approval of the Plan in the Official Gazette of the Province, it being understood that they renounce the subsidy granted otherwise. Against this resolution, which puts an end to the administrative route, an optional request may be filed within a period of two months, counting from the day following this publication, before the same body that issued the resolution or directly a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of Instance based in the capital of the province, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
