SUBSIDIES TO ASSOCIATIONS AND CITIZEN ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2026. (AGREEMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD DATED MARCH 6, 2026 (POINT 22)

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias) FIRST: Beneficiaries. Associations or entities with legal personality and legally constituted that develop the activity subject to subsidy within some of the following areas of action: Citizen Participation, Social Welfare, Youth and Childhood (0-30 years), Feminism and Diversity, Health, Education, Seniors and JMD Loranca, being a necessary requirement that said entities be registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Fuenlabrada and that said registration remains duly updated. Those associations or entities that are involved in a refund procedure or that have pending approval of the justification of a subsidy previously granted by this City Council for the same object and/or that have not presented the justification of any other subsidy received from the City Council after the deadline for this has elapsed. SECOND. Object. Subsidies are called on a competitive basis for the development of activities in the field of social action in the municipality of Fuenlabrada and within any of the Areas of action referenced in point FIRST: It is specified in 2 main lines of action: 1. Current expenditure: Projects and/or activities, of each delegation within its scope of application that provide continuity to the lines of action of the Municipal subsidy plan. 2. Investment Expenses: The investment for the correct performance of the activities, and/or those incurred for the conservation and maintenance of the headquarters (whether municipally owned or privately owned as a rental). This line of action will only be applicable to the entities dependent on Citizen Participation, Youth and Children, Feminism and Seniors and JMD Loranca. The deadline for the execution of the projects and/or activities to be subsidized is the year 2026. The eligible expenses are those described in art. 9 of the call. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. Amount. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications and mandatory documentation will be 15 business days counted from the day following the date of publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Said application and documents may be submitted preferably through the electronic headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council, as well as in the General Registry.
