Official description of the call

First. - Purpose and Beneficiaries. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at financing projects developed by social entities in the area of the Hoya de Huesca / Plana de Uesca region between November 16, 2025 and November 15, 2026, whose objectives and actions are directly related to the provision of social services, aimed primarily at the following groups: Social care for dependent people with physical disabilities, psychic and sensory and multiple disabilities, or affected by serious mental illness, and more specifically: Promotion and dissemination of the rights of people with disabilities or dependency Promotion of social skills and participatory leisure and quality of life of people with disabilities. Facilitate the integration of those who have some functional limitation or serious mental illness. Social and psychological care and family respite Independent living units Accompaniment and support for people affected by Alzheimer's disease or mental illness Adapted transportation to assist support services for people with disabilities Prevention and protection of disabled women victims of gender violence. Social awareness Projects or services that have been developed in nursing homes managed by the social initiative are excluded. Direct social care for other vulnerable groups in situations of risk or exclusion, primarily aimed at: Childhood and adolescence: actions with minors and their families in situations of social vulnerability Social inclusion of people without income or with serious economic deficiencies with a marked deterioration in their social and personal habits, with deficiencies in social and family networks Attention to basic needs Homeless people Social care and prevention in matters of drug addiction Prevention and protection of women victims of gender violence Volunteering Second. - Regulatory bases. General Ordinance Regulating the granting of Subsidies by the region of Hoya de Huesca|Plana de Uesca (published in the BOP of Huesca no. 105 of May 31, 2007 and no. 146 of July 27, 2007). Third. - Amount. The total amount of the budget item allocated to this call amounts to 70,000.00 euros, of which €48,000.00 will correspond to projects related to section 1, and €22,000.00 to projects related to section 2 of the purpose of this call, and which will be applied to item 2026.2310.48908 of current expenditure of the budget of the Hoya de Comarca Huesca|Uesca plan corresponding to the year 2026. The individual amount of the subsidies will be established in relation to the budget of the activity presented by the applicant and the technical assessment obtained. To determine the eligible cost, the budget estimated by the applicant for each project will be used. Those concepts that do not comply with the conditions of the call or that are not considered necessary for the development of the program will be deducted. A maximum of 80 percent of this budget will be granted, which in no case may be of such an amount that it exceeds, alone or in conjunction with other public subsidies, 80 percent of the project, with a maximum limit of 5,000.00 euros and will refer to the expenses incurred between November 16, 2025 and November 15, 2026. The subsidy awarded will be proportional to the score obtained in the scale, until the game is exhausted. All expenses must be justified until the entire cost of the requested project is completed. In the event that the amount of the subsidy proposed in the Provisional Resolution is lower than that contained in the application submitted, the beneficiary will be urged to reformulate the application to adjust the commitments and conditions to the grantable subsidy. Fourth. - Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca of the extract of the call. If the deadline falls on a Sunday or a non-business day, it will be moved to the immediately following business day. In Huesca, on March 13, 2026
