Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: 2.1. Natural and/or legal persons, who are legally constituted as a commercial association entity, with registered office in the municipality of Lleida and who have experience of at least one year in the management of activities and projects related to the purpose of the call. 2.2. That they carry out activities and actions in any of the areas of promoting urban commerce. 23. That they are registered in the municipal registry of entities (RME) at the time of the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of aid to promote those initiatives carried out by the merchant associations of the city of Lleida, aimed at the design, execution and implementation of a joint and unified operational management with the aim of improving the urban and local commercial fabric, and achieving greater participation and economic development of the city. The subsidies are intended to encourage the organization and implementation of actions to promote and energize local commerce; to the professionalization of entities that bring together businesses and services; to promote commercial associations to improve the competitiveness of the city's commerce; to active participation in the technological and Sustainability tools promoted within the framework of the Purchase in Lleida project and/or others made available by the Lleida City Council. The PERIOD for submitting applications will be 1 month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Sixth Province. Other data. The justification of the actions subsidized in this call must be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of completion of the same as specified in the specific bases of this subsidy line and at most, until March 31 of the following year.
