Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of arts. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call for "Supply of various computer equipment" is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BNS)(http//www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries The financial assistance of the Provincial Council of Almería will be provided to the following entities: a) Municipalities. b) Local autonomous entities. c) Associations of municipalities and local consortia. d) Local instrumental entities under public law dependent on or linked to any of the above. In any case, local entities receiving financial assistance, in application of the provisions of article 13.4 bis of the LAULA, will not be required to be up to date with their tax obligations with any administration or with Social Security. Second. Purpose SUPPLY OF: Laptops Servers Monitors Sai's Videoconferencing systems PDF editor licenses Webcam and headphones Switch 24 and 48 ports Third party. Regulatory Bases Publication of the extract in the B.O.P. of Almería, and the full text on the Notice Board of the Provincial Council of Almería (www.dipalme.org). Room. Amount Global amount of financial assistance: Two hundred thirty thousand euros (230,000.00) euros. Amount to be granted to each of the beneficiary Local Entities: Depending on final awards of supplies, the population of each entity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be ONE MONTH from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Almeria. Processing The call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Almería.
