General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). - Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). - Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to associations that carry out their activities in the field of social services (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 140 of July 23, 2013. - Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Second. Budget allocation. The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: 1 0500.481.81.02.2026 (290). subsidy, 60% of the amount granted will be paid. Once the report and supporting documentation of the actions to be presented before January 15, 2027 have been verified, the remaining 40% will be paid. Likewise, the total volume of aid that will be granted in a financial year will not exceed the amount established. When the amount to be paid is greater than the total budget allocation included in the budget, the proration will be carried out. proportional to the amount corresponding to each applicant. The amount of the authorized expense may be increased or decreased, prior to the resolution of the applications submitted, by the body that has jurisdiction due to the amount of the modification, without giving rise to a new call. Fourth. Deadline and method of submitting applications. Applications must be submitted electronically at the Zumaia City Council's electronic headquarters (www.zumaia.eus). starting the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa.
