Aid 2026 Restructuring and Reconversion of the Vineyard, according to the Resolution of March 26, 2026 that calls for them.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es and in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. Winegrowers, whether natural or legal persons, who are not included in any of the cases regulated in article 12.2 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and whose vineyards are used for the production of grapes for winemaking, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Object. The Resolution aims to establish for the 2026 campaign the public call under a competitive competition regime for aid intended to support the restructuring and reconversion measures of vineyards in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura within the Wine Sector Intervention (ISV), within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the Kingdom of Spain 2023-2027 and by virtue of the Royal Decree 905/2022, of October 25, which regulates the Wine Sector Intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (BOE no. 257, of October 26, 2022). Aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards will be applied to vineyards that are intended for the production of grapes for winemaking. These aid are aimed at the following eligible activities, in the terms established in article 1 of Decree 14/2025, of March 25, 2025, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy: a) Replanting with or without a conduction system. b) Varietal conversions. c) Improvements in vineyard management techniques. d) Replanting of vineyards when necessary after mandatory grubbing up for sanitary or phytosanitary reasons by order of the competent authority. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 14/2025, of March 25, which establishes and regulates aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy. (DOE number 67, of April 7, 2025). Room. Amount. The aid for the restructuring and reconversion of the vineyard in Extremadura contemplated in this call will be paid from the budget application 120040000 G313A/47000 FA23000001, corresponding to the following annuities of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2026: ¿ Annuity 2026.- Project 20230093: €5,000,000.00 ¿ Annuity 2027.- Project 20230093: €4,000,000.00 These funds will be financed entirely with the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and will be expandable or minorifiable depending on the recognized rights or income commitments, so they may be increased in the case of future allocations from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food to this Autonomous Community for the financing of this aid, in which case an announcement will be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura with the available amount. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the Call Resolution and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura through the Associated Electronic Headquarters through access through the General Electronic Access Point, in the case of aid for the restructuring and reconversion of vineyards at the address https://www.juntaex.es/w/0613422. Sixth. Other data. You may be eligible for an advance payment of up to a maximum of 60% of the initially approved aid, and a guarantee must be provided for an amount equal to 120% of the aid advance payment.
