Official description of the call

This extract corresponds to the same text of the extracts of the call published with the BDNS codes 897284, 897298, 897304 and 897307. First. Object and purpose. 1. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the implementation of the Active Employment Support Programme, as well as to make the call for 2026, through the following lines: Line 1.- Aid for contracting by local entities, entities linked or dependent on them and groups of municipalities. Line 2.- Aid for vocational training in the workplace. Line 3.- Aid for the hiring of people holding the employment check. Line 4.- Aid for contracting by municipalities declared as an area seriously affected by a civil protection emergency. 2. The purpose of these subsidies is to create opportunities for insertion into the labor market, through the training and hiring of unemployed people, as well as to update or renew their professional skills and prevent situations of social exclusion, making it possible to carry out job orientation and vocational training actions with them in the workplace. Second. Beneficiaries. a) In line 1, local entities of Castilla-La Mancha, entities linked to or dependent on them and groups of municipalities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. b) In line 2, training entities accredited and/or registered in the State Registry of Training Entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. In the event that these entities are not local entities, they must sign the corresponding agreement with one or more of the beneficiary entities of the subsidies regulated in line 1. c) In line 3, companies, non-profit entities, self-employed persons, labor companies or cooperatives and communities of property may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, which carry out indefinite-term contracts or training contracts to obtain professional practice with the conditions established in this order. d) In line 4, the municipalities of Castilla-La Mancha that have been declared as an area seriously affected by civil protection emergencies in the period between January 31, 2026 and January 15, 2027 may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases. This order regulates the regulatory bases of the active employment support program. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies 1. The amount of the credit allocated to financing the call amounts to 54,718,459.97 euros, financed by the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, by the Provincial Councils of the region, by the European Social Fund Plus Program of Castilla-La Mancha 2021-2027, by the State Public Employment Service distributed by the Sectoral Conference of Employment and Labor Affairs and by the Conference Sectoral Vocational Training for Working People. 2. In line 1, the amount of the subsidy will be determined based on the duration of the contract by the contribution of a fixed part of the regional Administration and another part of the corresponding Provincial Councils, in the terms established in the corresponding cooperation agreements, with the breakdown indicated in article 22 of the order. 3. In line 2, the maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of hours of the same by the number of students and the amount of the corresponding module, in accordance with the Annex on training specialties. For the purposes of determining the amount of the subsidy, once the training has been carried out, the provisions established in article 21.2 of Order 178/2020, of November 19, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, will apply. 4. In line 3, the amount of the subsidy for each training contract to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed will be 8,000 euros and the amount of the subsidy for each indefinite contract will be 10,000 euros. In the case of people hired part-time, the amount will be reduced depending on the agreed day. 5. In line 4, the total amount of the subsidy will be determined
