In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the subsidies aimed at providing equipment and material to local protection volunteer groups is published. civil of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, Subline A, corresponding to the call whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Call and purpose Subsidies for the financial year 2026 aimed at providing equipment and materials to local civil protection volunteer groups in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. The object, under the Order of June 10, 2020, which establishes the regulatory bases for civil protection subsidies in the area of ​​the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, is the financing of local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that have a Local Civil Protection Volunteer Group for the acquisition of equipment and/or means necessary for the development of their activity. SUBLINE “A” (Costume), provided for in Title II of the Order of June 10, 2020, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies in matters of civil protection in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura: those inherent to the acquisition of garments, both basic and complementary, that make up the uniform that the members of the Local Civil Protection Volunteer Groups must use to perform their functions, as well as such as the emblems, badges and badges incorporated into it. Beneficiaries Municipalities, associations and smaller local entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that have a Local Civil Protection Volunteer Group legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Groups and Associations of Civil Protection and Emergencies Volunteers of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases Order of June 10, 2020 establishing the regulatory bases for subsidies in matters of civil protection in the area of ​​the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 115, of June 16). Room. Amount charged to the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura approved by Law 1/2024, of February 5, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, for the year 2024 (DOE no. 26, of February 6) and extended for the year 2026, in accordance with the conditions and criteria established in the Order of 16 December 2025, for the application of the extension of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for 2024 in the financial year 2026, being attributed to Project 20180147 "Subsidies aimed at providing equipment and materials to Local Civil Protection Volunteer Groups", for a total amount of 216,000 euros, budget application 22005 116A 46000, funds CAG0000001, corresponding to current transfers. The amount granted to each beneficiary local entity may be up to 100% of the planned and requested investment, with a maximum individual amount of 5,000 euros for Subline “A”. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 10 business days from the day following the publication of the Call Resolution and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
