Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedures for the concession, under a competitive competition regime with proration of subsidies, by the Calvià City Council, intended for the acquisition of elements and the performance of actions that contribute to the interior and/or exterior aesthetic improvement of physical establishments open to the public, in general, with a maximum area of 150 m2 (excluding storage and parking area), and/or actions aimed at innovation and digitalization of the activity. Second. Beneficiaries Natural and legal persons who meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries. Entities in which any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies apply, will not be able to benefit from the aid provided for in this call. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting, to the municipality of Calvià for the year 2026, of subsidies for aesthetic improvement and actions aimed at innovation and the digitalization of physical establishments in the municipality of Calvià. Room. Amount The budget allocation for this call amounts to forty-five thousand euros (€45,000.00) for the year 2026, charged to budget item 603-43010-7700000. “Commerce Rehabilitation Plan” Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Applications must be submitted in accordance with the standardized model, which will be posted on the website corresponding to the Commerce section within the City Council portal: www.calvia.com The deadline for submission of applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOIB.
