Official description of the call

1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. EXCLUSIONS The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under the ordinary competitive competition regime, of the Sports Federations of Extremadura, intended for the organization of the Trophy, Open, Cup, Meeting, Championship, etc. Provincial Council of Cáceres, together with the sports activities of the corresponding specialty and for the promotion of sport in the province of Cáceres, in the year 2026. RECIPIENT ENTITIES Sports Federations of Extremadura. EXCLUSIONS Expressly excluded: The Sports Federations of Extremadura that receive subsidies from the Provincial Council of Cáceres, through direct concession with the purpose of organizing the Provincial Council of Cáceres Trophy and the sports activities of the corresponding specialty, in the year 2026, that were contemplated in the Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres of 2026.2.- BUDGETARY ALLOCATION This subsidy plan is included in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres in the year 2026, in the application 05.3411.48502, endowed with a total amount of €150,000.00.3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS The Sports Federations of Extremadura that have their scope of action in the Community of Extremadura, that do not receive aid during the year 2026 through a direct grant from the Provincial Council, may apply for this subsidy and, consequently, may be beneficiaries. of Cáceres, that allocate aid to the organization of the Cáceres Provincial Council Trophy along with sports activities of the corresponding specialty, for the promotion of grassroots sports in the year 2025, and that meet the following requirements: a) Have legal personality, capacity to act and be non-profit, aspects that must be included in their Statutes. b) Be duly constituted and registered in the General Registry of Sports Entities. of Extremadura, prior to the publication of this call. c) That they have a permanent headquarters or delegation in a municipality in the province of Cáceres and this is stated in the statutes or is reliably accredited. Likewise, their tasks include carrying out the eligible activities that are the subject of this call. d) Not having economic or institutional dependence on any for-profit entity. e) They meet the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and article 7 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council (hereinafter, OGS). f) Having justified expenses and the payments corresponding to the subsidies received from the Provincial Council of Cáceres in previous years, provided that the justification period has expired. g) Be up to date in compliance with the obligations with Social Security and tax obligations with the State Treasury and Excma. Provincial Council of Cáceres. These certifications may be accredited by the requesting party or collected by the Provincial Council with prior signed authorization. And furthermore, they must not be subject to any prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS. 4.- APPLICATIONS This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. The Internet address to access the electronic headquarters is https://sede.dip-caceres.es. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where appropriate, the refund phase. The forms, responsible declarations and other electronic documents to be completed in the different phases of the procedure will be available at the aforementioned headquarters and must be used when appropriate. IDENTIFICATION AND ACCESS TO THE HEADQUARTERS To be able to access the grant process, the entities Interested parties must securely identify themselves electronically at the headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres with one of the means of identification provided therein. Deadline for Submission of Applications: Applications must be submitted by the interested entities within a period of 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication.
