Call for the granting of scholarships on a non-competitive basis to promote mobility for students of higher degree training cycles in centers in Granollers, beneficiaries for the 2025-2026 academic year

and in the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council (http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat): First.- Beneficiaries Natural persons who have to carry out the activity that promotes their granting may be beneficiaries of these scholarships, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: a) Be students in a higher degree training cycle at a Vocational Training center in Granollers. b) Be a participant in the European Erasmus+ Program. c) Have obtained the Erasmus+ mobility grant from your educational center. d) Provide the required documentation within the deadline established in the corresponding call. e) Carry out the mobility within 2026 or in the cases of postgraduates, in the following year. f) Have the nationality of one of the countries participating in the Erasmus+ Program, or be a permanent resident. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the scholarships is to finance part of the expenses generated by the mobility of those students who participate in the Erasmus+ Program in Higher Level Training Cycles, and are awarded in order to encourage internship stays abroad in higher level training cycles, through the call for scholarships to complement the scholarships awarded by the Ministry and which serve to cover the mobility expenses of higher degree students who have already obtained a scholarship. through your educational center to participate in the Erasmus+ Higher Education Program; and they will have to be used to finance the expenses generated by the mobility abroad of the participating students. The amount may be used for travel, housing and subsistence allowances. Third.- Regulatory Bases By agreement of the Local Government Board dated March 10, 2026, the specific Regulatory Bases were approved for the granting by the Granollers City Council through the Education Service of scholarships intended to finance projects/activities that aim to promote mobility for students of higher-level training cycles in centers in Granollers, beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ scholarship. These Specific Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province no. 202610047612 dated March 13, 2026. Fourth.- Amount The maximum budget that will be allocated to this call will be 3,600.00 euros and will be charged to budget application L4111.32513.48020. The amount of the scholarship to be awarded to each of the beneficiaries will be a maximum of 450.00 euros. Scholarships may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. However, if the total award of scholarships, given the number of applications that meet the required requirements, exceeds the available credit indicated in the previous point, the amount of the scholarship to be assigned to each of the students will be proportionally reduced to be able to grant scholarships to all beneficiaries. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the call in the BOPB and will end on April 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Sixth.- Other data of interest. Justification The scholarships awarded may be justified at any time once the activity that is the subject of the scholarship has ended, and no later than October 31, 2026, and in the cases of postgraduates, August 30 of the following year and will have to comply with the provisions of the award bases. In general, eligible expenses will be considered those that are determined by the corresponding educational centers for the justification of the Erasmus+ scholarships, according to the criteria established by the Department of Education or the Ministry of Education respectively, and provided that they relate to: - Round trip transportation to the destination city of the internship (or nearest airport). - Transportation from the accommodation site to the internship company. - Accommodation in the destination country. - Diets.
