Subsidies for local entities in Castilla-La Mancha related to the provision of material resources for groups of civil protection volunteers, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries Local entities of Castilla-La Mancha that have, as of the date of publication of this call, a volunteer group registered in the Registry of Civil Protection Groups and Volunteers of Castilla-La Mancha and whose accreditation as a civil protection volunteer entity is in force may be beneficiaries of the subsidies established in this call. Second. Purpose This resolution calls for, on a competitive basis, subsidies directed to local entities in Castilla-La Mancha to finance the acquisition of the following material resources for groups of civil protection volunteers, consisting of: Module 1. Basic uniformity of civil protection volunteers. Module 3. Flood pump and accessories. Module 4. Cargo trailer. Module 5. Trailer with water tank. Module 6. First aid tent. Module 7. Provision of emergency material. Module 8. Portable generating equipment and accessories. Module 10. Salt spreader. The subsidies of this call are intended to encourage local entities that have a group of civil protection volunteers to have the minimum homogeneous equipment necessary to deal with incidents that occur in the municipalities and, especially, when coordination is the responsibility of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases The subsidies referred to in this resolution, in addition to what is provided for in it, will be governed by Order 88/2023, of April 24, of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations (published in D.O.C.M. no. 84 of May 3), by the basic precepts established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in its development regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, as well as by the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2002, of November 19, and its development regulations, approved by Decree 21/2008, of February 5. Likewise, Law 2/2021, of May 7, on Economic, Social and Tax Measures against Depopulation and for the Development of the Rural Environment in Castilla-La Mancha, as well as Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 24, 2021, which establishes the common provisions relating to the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, as well as the financial rules for these Funds and for the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund and the Instrument of Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy and Regulation (EU) 2021/1058 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 on the European Fund of Regional Development and the Cohesion Fund. Room. Amount The maximum total amount planned for this call for grants is €443,166.18. The budget items to which the expense will be allocated, as well as the maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies, are the following: a) 15090000G/221A/4618D, FPA000090010 for an estimated amount of €97,555.27 from the General Budgets of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha for 2026, for the module 1: basic uniformity of civil protection volunteers. b) 15090000G/221A/7618D, FPA000090010 for an estimated amount of €345,610.91 from the General Budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for 2026, for modules 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10: flood pump and accessories, trailer cargo, trailer with water tank, first aid tent, provision of emergency material, portable generating equipment and accessories and salt spreader.
