Granting aid to associations for the year 2026

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and on the Villacarrillo City Council website. The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 902173. First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit Associations, registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Villacarrillo City Council, that do not fall into the assumptions established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies, may benefit from the subsidies of this call. Second. Purpose The municipal public call aims to regulate the procedure for Aid to Associations of the municipality of Villacarrillo for the year 2026 and to promote associations aimed at the development of activities in the following areas and subjects, in accordance with the Strategic Subsidy Plan in force: - Social: activities aimed at Equality, volunteering and social aid, people with illness or functional diversity and other social aid. - Culture: promotion of musical, traditional activities, art, cinema and theater and historical heritage. - Sports: organization of sporting events, activities and the like that help their development. - Education: courses and training activities. - Public Health: activities that promote public health by carrying out activities that result in animal welfare. - Citizen Participation: activities directly related to older people and neighborhood and social associations. The granting of the aid contemplated in this call will be subject to the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are dictated within the framework of the provisions of the Ordinance for the granting of subsidies of the Villacarrillo City Council, approved by the Municipal Plenary on October 30, 2024, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén No. 7 dated January 13, 2025, as well as in the Strategic Subsidies Plan of the Villacarrillo City Council, approved by the Board of Local Government dated March 20, 2025 and published on April 7, 2025. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, awarded based on the score obtained, with the limit established in article 9 of these bases, up to the limit of available credit. Room. Amount of aid. The global amount of the credit available to distribute among the beneficiaries of the subsidy will be charged to the budget application and the amount detailed below: BUDGET APPLICATION: 334 48 TITLE: Municipal Budget of 2026. Aid to Associations ALLOCATION: €12,000 The maximum amount of each subsidy may not exceed €1,200 euros, without exceeding in any case the 100% of the total cost of the subsidized activity. The individual amount will be assigned proportionally to the score obtained. The granting of subsidies will be carried out until the credit available in the corresponding budget application of the General Budget of the City Council is exhausted. In the event of exhaustion of the assigned credit, new subsidies may not be granted unless a budget increase is made by express municipal agreement. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The applications (Annex I) will be presented in the electronic Registry of the Villacarrillo town hall https://villacarrillo.sedelectronica.es/catalog/t/1f0fe1ad-c884-4c63-8d8e542a74c02b30 or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, within a period of 20 calendar days from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, as stated in article 6.2 of Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and others.
